they are everywhere in my area as well, very plentiful, but not many are really cheap, but that is because i am in a high cost area, everything is expensive here.. if there were this many bonnevilles for sale in a lower value area, they would be dirt cheap

I suggest you take a peak @ the gold 98 Dbeast posted. That is a very rare color and looks SOOOO much better in person.
I know there is another Firemist Gold 98 SSEi on page 3 of 'For Sale' here on BC. It'* located in PA, but price is a little higher ($7200) than the one Dbeast posted.

I put a deposit on the car, pending the costs to bring it to good operation. I'm moving to the '92-'99 Section for a frantic explanation of the issues and suggestions for troubleshooting, Any input would be appreciated. There'* a lot wrong with it, but I don't know if there is a real deal killer that I can't fix or live with. See ya over at '92-'99.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Dude, I found 1 Bonneville for sale around here, a 97 SSE. I have found 1 SSEi for sale around here in the past year, a 94, which I really wanted but didn't have the money for.

Around where I live Bonnevilles sell as fast as their ads are posted. But the Bonnevilles that have'nt been sold in two weeks, you know there is a problem with them! I test drove a Bonneville that was posted for a month and a half. It smelled like hell inside and there was grinding noise coming from one of the wheels.
And another time, there was a CLEAN 97 SSEi with 70k in Kenosha. The ad was posted on Wensday, and we called Friday afternoon, and a fella already put a down payment on the car.
If there aint no rust holes, and it has problems that are fixable, and it smells really bad, BUY IT! Spend a little to fix the problems, and take it to Fast Eddies and it will be like new afterwards. Thats how I got my current 96. It was neglected by an idiot owner, had problems, and the interior was in shambles and it smelled bad. Now I get compliments of how "new" it is when really its a ten year old car!
