I picked up a freeze frame on the White 97, 2 pending codes for the intakes. I would be happy to take it off their hands for a seriously reduced price, but they refused to consider my contention on the mechanicals. I thought they would come around. But believe it or not sometimes it'* an ego thing with the dealers. If you push them around, they would rather lose some holding money than ever sell you the car.
The "DCM" is totally pristine. It is very easy to fall in love with. But those guys are the high falutin' types. I offered them absolute top book, 2 grand under their "windshield" price. The guy told me right to my face it was an insult to the quality of cars they provide. I just tell 'em I take nothing personally and if they should decide to talk in the future, please call me.
Next on my hit list was going to be a call to the private seller in NYC. My only concern is I think he'* located in bayside Queens. It;* not too difficult to get to. The trick is getting out of there alive.
That color gold isn't one of my preferences.
That Black 97 Anniv has me on the drool, I guess I didn't pick it up on my savd search because it excludes anything over 100k.
Thanks. I'll be on that one in the morning.

Not a problem................
I especially wanted to add the 40th in there because it deserves to go to a good home
If the 40th winds up in the driveway, for God'* sake, get rid of those hideous wheels

I hope it was cold when they took the picture of the 97 Black Anniv. There'* a lot of mosture on the ground under the one exhaust.
Anybody know what the code is for an authentic 40th Anniv?
Thanks.

BTW...................
There were only 637 SSEi'* badged as 40th'*
There are quite a few in the Yards so they're getting scarce
Just an observation...
Looks like the "condensation" drip point starts approx where the end of the muffler is.

There are 33 Bonnevilles for sale in my area right now. 4 of them are SSEi'*. 0 of them are 92-99 SSEi'*.
I live in a city of 700,000 people. My SSEi was the ONLY one from 92-99 I could find for sale. When I got there, two people had test driven it already.
Not the easiest car to find...

Thanks for the code. I'm not even calling them. I'll be there when they open. there has to be some things wrong with it at that price. But if they are not too expensive, I'm willing to do a patient restoration. And those wheels will be gone post haste.
There'* some kind of karma thing going on with you finding this car.

Might not be anything wrong. The uneducated shy away from superchargers when gas prices are high. That could have sat on the lot due to that or lack of advertising.
