Hey, all, I really need a favor. Is there anyone on here that has the availability to run a CARFAX for me on my friend'* '04 Cavalier? She got the car a few weeks ago, and, discovered that she got a car that has a rebuilt title. I'm not sure on this, but, I believe it'* illegal in the state of Ohio for a dealer to sell a vehicle with a rebuilt/salvage title. Here'* the VIN if anyone can help me out:
