245/45/17 anyone?
Pretty simple anyone run a 245/45/17 on a otherwise stock 2000 Bonnie?
It'* not much of a change from stock so I couldent see any fitment problems but ya never know.
Being that this is a very popular size it seams their are a good amount of options compared to other close sizes for a pretty competitive price range.

Moved to General Chat. 2000 - 2005 is for mechanical problems.
I think we have one or two members running a 255 on stock rims, but not %100 sure

it will look like crap.
I have 245/45/18 and the tires are a bit smaller than stock.
At 75 I'm actually doing 73 where it was right at 75 before.
with the tires you want your speedo would read around 69mph...
only other size you should be considering in 17 is 255 50 17

My main concern is just that they will fit without rubbing anywhere.

I have the swoopies on my 2000 SSEi and i have run the 255/50-17'* on her for the last 120,000 miles. They(GM) should have offered the 255'* as the stock tire for the SSEi, the car'* handling in the twisty'* is so much better than with the 235/55-17'* that came stock on the car.

Oh man, thanks for the link the 245/45'* are definitely not going to happen after seeing it. Just looks way to small.
I have the same wheels as well, only on a white Bonnie.
So the 255/50'* should fit pretty good than?
