Don't know how to explain this but basically... the little black piece that the door panel sits in. mine cracked... both of mine.... so yea not a big deal but it could be fixed.

Okay... I'll try to explain a bit more
It'* on the interior at the very top. what you have to work out when you take the panel off. basically it'* just like a trim piece at the very top of the panel and it'* stapled to the door panel to hold it on.
