Here let me rub some aloe on that for you
I am in the Frame of mind that you may want to keep a Nice big towel on that seat... I think a Beach towel would do the trick

leather seats don't bother me as much as a hot steering wheel does, even with a sunshade, you can barley keep your hands on it after being parked 8 hours at work on a hot summer day

well, also, to help the cool down, unlock all doors on approach, open all doors wide, allow wind to sweep through, say for 1 minute, in this time, start the car and apply A/C, now shut all doors, this will now allow the car to cool down alot faster than fighting super hot air, now apply towel to seat (or just cover that tushy) and have a seat, by this time you might have a somewhat cool car. as mentioned, it also helps to park in the shade and if not available, park facing straight east, that way the front of the car will stay out of the direct, and any heat will be pushed out when you do the door trick :P
and i'll take leather any day over cloth, lmao. but i know how bad it is having owned two cars with leather in hawaii and always parking in direct sunlight, but those listed tricks always work for me. then again, i had no real problem because i wear pants..i just had a problem with putting on a seatbelt that felt like it just came outta the damn oven!
