that happens, alot. the v8s get good mileage actually. ive heard of firebirds/camaros/corvettes with ls1/t56'* getting high 20'* highway because the 6th gear is so low you cruise just above idle. dont know anybody with a g8 but i would think low to mid 20'* at least.
