Default Part Name Help

OK, I'm having trouble figuring out the name of a part for Bonnie.

It'* the large black plastic piece that attaches to the underside of the car in front. I want to call it a "splash guard" because it basically protects the underside of the engine bay from stuff.

I've looked it up all over (ebay, RockAuto, GM Parts Direct) with a bunch of names (air dam, deflector, splash guard, etc) but I can't find what I'm looking for. The reason I'm looking for one is because the previous owner used a dremmel on it and cut part of it off and threw it in the trunk. I couldn't figure out where it went until I got under there and saw the melted plastic.

Any ideas...?
