Paint looks really good except for the rear wheel wells, which it has chipped off, a chip on the trunk lid, and a couple black marks on the passenger side of the front bumper that might come off.
If it were me, I would have the wheelwells and trunk resprayed, even if I just did it myself right now with a rust inhibitor just do that it doesn't get worse. Also, it could use some undercoating in the wheelwells as some has cracked and chipped out.
Also remember, I am being very critical of the vehicle. the car looks and sounds real nice and this seems like a great deal for someone. I just want everything I see pointed out.

Also when you say wheel wells do you mean where the body meets the wheel wells? Where it is white and folds over into the wheel well? How bad is it? size of quarter, half dollar? and is their any rust on those spots? I know their is rust on the trunk.

Oh... I thought I put the miles in before. The mileage is 92,XXX.
With the wheel well, it is the part that folds over. There ia a large portion under there that the paint is missing from, but it is only surface rusted. Should be able to sand it down and paint it no problems. Or drive it like it is for a little while. I am a nit-picker when it comes to my cars, so this is just what I would do. It doesn't appear that there is any other rust and I was told it is clean overall.
