Hey all,

Well, it looks like there'* going to have to be some ceramic brake pads in my future. Either that or I'm gonna have to buy some stock in a wheel cleaner company. After a week, these wheels are looking grungy already.

Anyone using ceramic pads? Been told that brake dust is a thing of the past if you make the switch. Looking to hear from someone that can back that up.

Im using cer. brake pads and they are life time warrenty. If I need a new set take them down and get a new set. They were worth the extra dough to begin with. They do cut down on brake dust but also wear your rotors faster. Its worth the switch if you dont want dust on your wheels

I'll probably be getting the caramic pads and slotted rotors this summer. I hate cleaning my crosslace wheels every other day!

I have been wondering about those myself. Does anyone know if there is any change in brake performance? I don't mind changing rotors fairly often because mine usually get rusty after a while anyway (on our old car we were machining the rotors every few months...though partially because we kept letting the brake pads get too low ).
