The '05 GXP (with the V8 cuts at 146, but if you feather back the throttle and lightly accelerate again the limiter gives way. But not by much before the RPM limiter is reached. As Danthurs said, I wouldnt go there. At a buck and a half on an open road there are so many variables that can happen, at a time when it takes all your senses just to keep the car straight and forward. In addition even the GXP isnt suspension tuned for these speeds. Air starts getting under it around 140 and a feeling of driving on glass begins.
