alright, the Trans is in and the sub frame is somewhat in place. but the holes that we put in the new metal dont line up 100% so we have to re drop the back half and elongate the holes till they line up.

I also got all new mounts ($300 worth)..
the parts guy was a total idiot and didnt order a consitent color (stiffness) and didnt order the MAIN part i needed because the ones for '92 where no longer availiable.
So I has to go back and after realizing he didnt order what I needed and get im to go to the next available year, which was '94(didnt get a pic of that part separet, they're the Yellow parts from the first pics)

wow, those old mounts are HAMMERED!!!!!!!!! I wonder how bad mine are at 190,000 miles I checked the subframe, and there seems to be no problem there, but I wonder about the rubber though....

Very nice job!

How were the holes in your engine cradle frame for the body mounts?
With my cars the area on the body where yours and bonnie94ssei failed were fine but the holes in the subframe rotted out first.

See the picture shown in this post
Body Mounts

Also the FSM gives distances between 4 of the bolt holes FWIW.

And you know I recommend POR-15.

Pete, you must be so relieved this is fixed! You won't have to worry about that ever again. Well-worth whatever favors you are doing in return....

...I hope. lol
