Default Quick Fuel pressure question

1992 - L-1 -- 0.060" - - 41-47..... if this is suppose to be your pressure while driving then would it be good to say that with the key on, the pressure is around 36 and with it idling the pressure is around 31?

It should be maintained at 42 lbs. of pressure at idle.

The proper way to test fuel pressure is to turn the key on and off multiple times with the car off.
Bleed out the air partway through. To my knowledge the procedures do not give us pressures to test while running.
