I think generally unless someone specifically says "I have a CarFax acct. for 30 days and will run reports for anyone" then you're out of luck. Occasionally that does happen, and it did back in September I believe. But I don't think theres anyone who has year round CarFax reports...and if they do, they better quit holding out..lol. It'* hit or miss, you just missed. The people around here are incredibly nice, if someone had the ability, it would have been done.
