I knew my front brakes were overdue for changing but.. oy.












And the new toys:

Powerslot rotors (Part #'* 8250PSL and 8250PSR) with Raybestos Quiet-Stop ceramic pads

Wow those pads look pretty crappy. But I'm sure the new combo of PowerSlots and Ceramics is working pretty well right now .

woah, those look like my pads when i just recently changed em...nice choices on the pads & rotors...too bad they don't make em for my gen....

Pads look a little heat cracked. However none of the material has fallen off and there was still plenty left.

Hope the powerslots cool the pads better for you.

Where there any heat cracks on the rotors or was it only the pads?

I'll bet money that the old rotors have heat stress fractures.... And how the heck hard do we get on the brakes? It takes a good bit to fracture the pads like that
he drives in NY.

he is either full thottle or full brakes, no comfort zone inbetween.
