I prefer to talk to the owner and explain BC a little. If I happen to see one in traffic, I'll follow until they stop so I can talk a little or if I happen to see someone get into one,I'll go over and talk.
Pat will tell ya',I carded a driver in traffic at a light during the SEBC meet

I'll card cars if the driver isn't around by leaving it in the window jam above the handle. If the driver is available I'll introduce myself and mention the club and offer a card.

I usually tuck the card in the driver'* side view mirror. More personal and classy than under the wiper, where they'll have to get out to get it if they don't notice it right away.
I had Greyhare jump out at a stoplight to card a 93SSEi next to us last month. We were on our way back to work from lunch.

I would card but I haven't gotten the courage to do it, the cards are so nice I wanna keep them and I have that fear of getting maced by older drivers when I try to introduce myself.
"Hi my name is Cody and I would like to give you a card...*sprays*.... AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That burns!!!!"
