Default Damnit! Fixed!

Went to change my tranny line today, the metal one that the dealer sold me, its the wrong one, it would be for the other line, not the one im working on, so im gunna have to exchange it. Also, i went to remove my front wheels to take a look at my brakes..the special wheel nut tool that I DID have is now gone, vanished, cya later....
Is this a dealer only item?

i went to the dealer to get mine. they walked out with a case of 15 different ones, and tried them all till we found the correct one. they were color coded with a list.... then he ordered me it from the list. it was $18.50 and it came in a GM box.
