It did a scan and I see I get from 0-2 of these. What does this value mean?

This is the number of times per second the O2 sensor voltage values crosses from below to above the mid-range value (0.450v, equaling 14.7:1 A:F ratio). The PCM uses this O2 sensor value to calculate the proper amount of fuel to inject to keep the A:F ratio right.

As far as I know, that number should be around 30-40 (or higher). Yours is really tired and slow, and will lead to poor mileage (and possibly poor acceleration/throttle response). Sounds like it'* time for a new O2 sensor.

On previous scans it was 0 and car ran fine. Lately it'* been sucking up gas more than usual, but then again I've been disconnecting battery at least once a week as I have been doing misc. repairs.

Thanks! I thought 02 sensor is to blame but during the scan the O2 sensor goes from rich to lean often and the voltage from the o2 changes right in range.

O2 was shot. Not the best picture but it was covered in white ash.
