92' SE
On Dec. 1994, I was going to buy a white 92' for $13k when that morning in the newpaper I saw and ad for a 92' Hunter Green for $10K. I got lucky because I wanted a green color, it had 74k miles which I thought was a bit high for a car that wasn't even two year'* old.
Till this date no major expenses and this past summer I changed the exterior of the car to match an SSE, I spent about $400 changing the bumpers and light and adding a dual exhaust. Finally I had the car I always wanted. If engine ever goes out I'll get a supercharge.
In 95' I took it to Mexico for 1 month, in 99' I took it to Houston for 3 weeks, in summer of 03' I took it back to Mexico for 6 weeks. :?: Where will I take it in 2007 :?: Maybe Canada.

Only $400 to convert it to SSE body!?!? I'm considering this if i ever replace my bumper covers, the only thing that was hard underneath was the fog lights i assume?

Have I played this game yet? I was in no position to haggle when I got mine, so I paid 8000 in March for mine. Actually got some money knogked off for knowing one of the local DJ'* that used to do commercials for the dealership...

Man, I can't believe I missed this thread back in November.
My classic Bonnie with all it'* original parts (even original tires when i got her) was FREE. Kinda my inheritance from when my Great Grandma passed away. That'* yet another reason why I love my car. I still remember being little and riding in her with Grandma driving...and Grandma always called the bonnie "she" too My parents gave my sis the Buick because of this.

I'm giving my dad $4500 for his garage-kept '95 SE with 53K miles on it, provided he makes the small repairs and maintenance it needs done in the next month. Of course, I think I should pay less since I'm the one who found the '99 Crown Vic he bought (the reason he'* selling the Bonnie to me). You know... finder'* fee and all.
