Default Confused about gauge....

Can anyone tell me what the markings are on the stock boost gauge? What are the marks between 0 and 5 and 5 and 10?

Sorry... I know this is a extremely stupid question. :?

Halfway between 0 and 5 would be 2.5.

7.5 would be between 5 and 10.

Half of 10 = 5, so Half of 5 is 2.5, and 5 + 2.5 = 7.5.

Alright so what is the stock boost on the 94? It seems like I'm not pulling full stock boost. :?

Ouch. I'm only boosting 6 psi. It goes as high as 6. It did boost to 8 before, but I think messing with the BCS screwed it up. Maybe I will put the BCS back to where it was before. :(

Well, I put it back to where it was, but I'm not able to drive it. I'm doing a tuneup at the time.

Link worked fine on my end... You gotta get someone else or something to hold camera better.

Link worked for me.

FYI that'* the BCA, not BCS that you adjusted. The 7.5-8 will only be seen right before a shift when it'* matted.

Low boost could be:

Faulty or poorly adjusted BCS.
Coating coming off the SC rotors.
Bad MAP sensor
Vacuum leak
PCM dumping boost for some other reason

You should see about 8psi, plus or minus 0.5 psi.

I think it will be ok now. I put the BCS back where it was before. I think me screwing with it messed it up. We will find out soon.
