im looking to buy one of those code scanners for mine and my wifes car mostly cu zher throws code about once every 2 weeks. what are some good brands? what are u guys useig?

I've got an AutoXray EZScann 5000. Pricey, but it will scan any car with OBD

my wife drive a saturn L300. it has obd 2 and i dont plan on buying another import any time soon and most cars have obd 2 these days. an di think most scan 1 and 2.

if you want cheap and quick/dirty, walmart sells a code reader/reseter for 100.
www.digimoto.com sells a setup for 100, but requires a laptop. you can do alot more with the digimoto style. I should add if your electronically inclinded, you can build the digimoto setup by yourself. They even sell some of the harder to find parts of the unit. software if freely downloadable.
