I used some Permatex Clear RTV Adhesive Sealant to seal my headlight back up a month or so ago. No problems and no condensation inside the headlight. RTV would work fine with the corners, just make sure you let them cure inside for a day in warm temps for best results.

Slight crack int he curve on one, not visble though, i think a walmart run is in order!

Ryan - 1001headlights.com 17 bux a pop, well for me.
