Default Chilton'* Professional Repair Manuals

What do you guys know about the "professional" line of Chilton'* manuals? More specifically, I'm looking at this one for my dad for Father'* Day, and need to know if it includes all major domestic makes/models and repair instructions for each. If anyone knows anything, please let me know.

They are put together for the mechanic that is not at a dealership. Very informative..tons of information. And lacking tons of information.

For example..they have every firing order you'll ever need or want.. general instructions on the tougher items. No instructions on simple things like how to remove a balancer or a hub.. The stuff that should be common sense to a mechanic is not there.

I've never heard of those before, but taking into account that it'* all domestic vehicles in one book, I'd think be btter off with a model specific Chiltons, or better yet the shop manuals if you can find 'em

So next question... are there standard Chilton'* manuals for the 00-05 Bonnies? Wasn't finding much online, but I need to find something suitable for my dad.

These should never be confused with normal manuals. They are better..however.. don't contain step by step.

Ben..how about a GM Techline ESI DVD with all models/from GM? Ebay is usually your friend.

Where can I find the regular Chiltons Total Car Care manuals for the 2002 Bonnie? Do they even exist? Ya know what I mean... something like the 28200 for the 87-99 crowd (unless the 28200 covers the newer models, too )

Can you find one cheap? I only found a $120 set on Ebay. It'* do-able, but if there'* a cheaper one available it'd be nice.
