Update with Foggy Fog lights...with pics
In the pic above if you look at the bottom of the lamp..you can see dirt and dust particles inside..which is one of the causes thats makin 'em foggy.
Here'* the culperate..inside at the top you can see the crack which is lettin **** in..damnit.
Here'* the lamp as a whole..just to give u the whole picture.
..as for solving the problem?? I figured i could just take the lamp out and clean it out nicely..then filling in that crack with some type of adhesive to prevent more **** from comin in.
..now i have no idea how to take that lamp out. ..i take it , it'* easy but i just don't see it. I see how you can unscrew a screw to change the tilt..and the other fixtures don't look very easily removable.
...anyone have any input?

The whole fog light assembly comes out with three nuts per each fog. They are metric, probably 10mm. Two on top and one on bottom of fog light bracket. I used a 1/4" ratchet handle, one or two 3" extensions (I don't remember how much space there was), and a deep socket. I am pretty sure the lense does not come off the reflector housing. It is more or less one glass piece that started as two, one coated with reflective stuff, then the other "melted" to it.

I had the same problem with my fog light. It looks like the crack is in the exact same spot. I tried to fix it will some epoxy but it ended up breaking again. The part that is cracked is where the light housing attaches to the mount. On my lights i removed two bolts and it slipped out through the holes but my lights are under the lights not under the grill so I bet it is probably a different mounting system. The lens will come off you will but it breaks the seal. I you took them off you would have to get some silicon or something to put them back on with. Even if you do get the hole in the back fixed and the entire light cleaned it is probably not going to be as bright as the other side. The water that gets caught in the light kills the crome finish behind the light. What you are talking about particles being in the bottem of you light is probably where the crome has already been worn away.

Parellel obviously knows what I do, the debris in the case'n is worn out chrome. I replaced both of mine (a little under $2hunned) but my lights shine like out tha factory new, the chrome seems to start flake'n off after several months though.
