Anybody else look at just how little damage there actually is, and where it is?
The roof panel itself was flattened out, and the A-pillars and upper door frame straightened themselves, but the B-pillar was barely deformed at all. That is exactly what you want to see in a sedan rollover. The head injury was probably from hitting the side glass with his head, or because he wasn't wearing a belt.
