If you are using Netscape:
Search your system for "cookie.txt" files; open these files and erase your Digital River cookies by deleting all lines in your cookie files which pertain to Digital River. Please delete these entire lines, and then save and close the text file.
If you are using Internet Explorer with Windows 95/98:
Do a file search on "cookies". Open the "Cookies" folder found in the Windows folder. Delete all Digital River cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer with Windows NT:
Do a file search on "cookies". Open the "Cookies" folder found in WINNT\Profiles\(user name). Delete all Digital River cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer with Windows 2000:
Do a file search on "cookies". Open the "Cookies" folder found in WINNT\Documents and Settings\(profile name)\cookies. Delete all Digital River cookies.
If you are using a Macintosh: (You poor fool)
Do a search for "cookie," which will bring up a Magic Cookie file. Drag this file to the trash bin.
Close and restart your browser.
