Default exhaust leak power loss

would an exhaust leak cause a power loss on the top end of things?

i was doing a high speed run the other day, and could only get it to about 115, floored...no wind...

i know i have a leak between the front manifold and block...and maybe one in the crossover pipe...but would that effect this?

havent had time to test it again...

all these leaks will be repairs this weekend, so hopefully its a short lived problem
