Looks like in 2007 Feb that the miles exceed mechanical limit was checked on the title giving this title error. In Iowa we call the DOT to verify the Odometer when this happens and they can see that the miles does not exceed the 6 digit limit and certify the miles on tha car. That should take care of the issue yours has unless it has over a million miles of course
