I was just watching Car and Driver and they showed Spy photos of the new GP GXP. the car was wearing some camoflague, but it looks like the front bumper will have redesigned turn signals and foglights. Car and Driver reports 280 hp from a Supercharged v6

wonder how accurate the 280 number will be???

I just saw that yesterday.

The Gen V blower gets it up to 260 HP, so maybe they are working on a more open exhaust and intake?

Maybe its using what they had on the G-Force. I wish I saved the lineup when they had all those GXP'* on the Pontiac site.

It'* going to be a 5.3L V8. That'* been confirmed by GM sources, on Club GP.

The wheels should be similar to the Bonneville GXP wheels as well.

On the show it said it will have the "Supercharged V6"

The 3800 will be around for a few more years. All GM has to do is undo the detune they did to the 04 and 05 comp g and it will do 280. Hell, you can buy an 04/05 with 260, but an INTENSE PCM and gain 40 hp from it. Pontiac detuned it so much that just the PCM will gain that much back. The Gen V blower is freaking awesome.
