Bought a New Car!
Alrighty, so...
I just got back from test driving a 1998 SSEi that Atari92 is selling...
It has a few issues, though..
It has 3 MAJOR dents. One on the hood, one on the rear right quarter panel, and one on the front left quarter panel.
It needs a new harmonic balancer BADLY. I know these are a biotch to do.
It needs a new Twilight Sentinel
The CCR is dead (isn't that quite typical?)
Worth it? The car did pull DANG hard, a LOT harder than mine.

Rear quarter is body work. Hood and front fender are potential wrecker parts, assuming you can find the right color.
CCR? Forget it. It doesn't matter. You'd bypass it anyway.
Price? Miles? Pics? Link?
HB isn't that bad. Somewhat spendy, but not bad to do. How far from INTENSE are you?

Harmonic balancer took me 15 min with the proper tools..
You need to look it up on KBB and Edmunds for your zip code to see what it'* private party value is.. that will help you decide.
Honestly.. Series II.. oh...it'* worth it..

I have decided to buy it.
I will be taking delivery probably in January.
The 92 will be sold to Pinky.
Ah, what a wonderful life
