The ONLY issue with the 94/95 would be the PCM. When they work, they work great. But finding good used ones are a pain.
They are much improved over the previous models. I'd hit one.

I am a bit partial to the '95. The differences between those years are monir for the most part. Unless you have specific plans for it, it probably doen't matter much. Go with the lowest cost, best shape, lowest mileage one there is.
