Default stock tips or aftermarket?

well im getting my flowmaster installed with my next pay check but im not sure if i wanna wait and buy some exhaust tips and then have it installed all at once, or just use my stock tips for now and then later get some aftermarket tips later and install them when i get them, OR just keep the stock tips?

I like the stock tips. but take that with a grain of salt. i like the stock wheels and the stock radio, yada yada

except it just gets tedious polishing the tips everytime you wash the car.

I put stock SSEi tips on my 1990 SSE and it looks great, really suits the body style. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I kept my stock tips, but the installer lowered them a little and let them stick out a wee bit more. I like the look of it. Also the stock tips are aluminum I think, different material tips will actually make exhaust sound slightly different.

I took off my tips/extensions, and my outlets weren't extended past the bumper, it DRONED a lot, and was MUCH louder in the car. With the tips on, it'* like I added a resonator.
