I found this comparison that includes the 2000 SSEi, it'* got the curb weight at 3,810
That article is right on the money on all accounts for a stock SSEi.
I weighed mine with a full tank and all accessories, and spare tire.
Race prepped with a Rogue driving would put it at about 3880 lbs.

Yeah, she may be somewhat modded, but i hope to have some Headers in real soon.
i also have something else in the works . . . we will have to see if i can get it or not and i will let you all know. And no it is not the S1X cam - although i am ardently looking for a used one.

I really am curious as to why the 2000 and above Bonneville is so heavy. My Aurora which is on the same Platform is 3,600 pounds. the V8 version is 3,800 or so. Think the extra weight comes from the cast iron engine of the 3800?
