Everybody is entitled to their opinions, like was said in a few other posts that some just done seem to remember.
BA has a purpose behind it. INFO. and that is what has been accomplished. If some people are just looking to start something up again and again, then go ahead. But this question has been answered a few times over.

And as for the "well if you want to feel like you're posting in auschwitz, go ahead and visit bonneville attitude" comment, well that'* your opinion. The rules were set before you decided to join and if you don't like them, then you are free to go nobody is twisting your arm. hehe

No rude comments are necessary. I don't think this was a post that was started to start pointing fingers and calling this person this and that person that.

So if people find it necessarry to put this post in that direction well then it should be LOCKED before that point.

In my opinion BonneAttitude is incredibly gay b/c u can't speak frealy and be yourself..strictly cars..THATS IT. Iam in here to enjoy myself and have fun meeting new ppl..and learn stuff. BonneClub is the ****..

There I was, enjoying a movie with Lilpooky (yes, for those who don't know, she is my daughter, and our youngest member). I come back to the 'puter, and find a thread that started innocently enough has turned ugly (Simone was a very good movie by the way).

My personal thoughts are as follows:

Both of these sites complement each other in different ways. One of these ways is to give people a choice if they want. Some are members here, some are members there, some are members at both. Like Al, I am also a member at other sites. I maintain that membership for the good (primarily) of this forum. I glean knowledge, help, and information for our members. It all boils down to choice.

My thoughts as an Admin on this board:

There will be no BA bashing on this site. Those conversations should be kept offline. I know as well as most that there has been friction between the sites, and from both directions. That friction isn't good for the atmosphere on either site. We are each entitled to our own opinions, but I, and the other Admins and Moderators on this site reserve the right to maintain the peace. I did not allow any BA bashing the last time around, neither did Jeff, and neither did Hector.

The 3 Admins and 2 Moderators on this site need to maintain a certain level of credibility, and insure respect for all members. This includes members that maintain a presence on both sites. We have a good forum here. Our information comes from many sources. Lets not build walls. :In the past, there has been very little editing, deleting and banning on this site. I like to keep it that way. I use this site as an escape from everyday life. I love the friendly atmosphere. I found this place just like the rest of you did. Quite by accident. I was very fortunate to be trusted and respected enough to be offered an Admin position here. I repay that gratitude the only way I know how. Doing the best job I can.

Our members also have a responsibility to look out for each other. This is a very unique feature of this forum. I haven't seen this on any other forum. We will always be linked in some fashion, so lets make an effor to not make enemies.
