Well, you might get her into a 2k+ for that, but probably not an SSEi. At least probably not a nice one.

That much will get her a pretty nice car of the '92-99 gen though.

Or a really nice '91 SSE, if you can find one.

Well first we need a few answers from you.

1. Is she looking for power or fuel economy?

2. Does she like leather or cloth?

3. Any particular color she likes?

4. What is the absolute oldest she will go?

Honestly (not biased) but if she is looking for a good reliable Bonneville, look for a 92-99. You are most likely not gonna find a 00+ for under 5k, and even if you did, it will either have high miles or have problems.

for 5K your going to be getting a 96-2002 maybe a 2003. but the 2000+ for around 5K its going to have A LOT of miles and have some sort of problem...

look for a 98 or 99 or something.

96-99 SSEI or 2000-2002 SE is what you can get..they will have high miles for that price.
