well, going to tick over 185k here soon. All depends on what you plan on using the bonnie for, and if you are attached (sentamentally) like I am to mine. I personnaly don't plan on getting rid of my bonnie for a long time, if ever...

Bought mine in February with 179k Runs smooth but has its minor underbody rust issues, expensive issues
Since ownership, I have driven it almost 1000 miles to date (3-30-06)
I will get rid of the Bonne when it can no longer pass Massachusetts State Inspection and to fix it would be more than its worth. Thats what Happened to my 90 Mitsubishi that I have had for little over five years.

Wow, I can't believe how long some of you guys hang on to your cars. My longest ownership was 2 1/2 years with my GTP. I do hope to keep the bonnie longer though. Problem is I put on about 25,000-30,000 miles a year. I usually dump cars when they get to around 100,000 miles. Just because I need something dependable and I don't want to deal with things startign to break down around that point. I'd rather just make the monthly payment on something newer with less miles. I've pretty much accepted the fact I will always have a car payment anyways...so why not update every few years.

I think when the Grand AM is paid off, I'll be the one with the new car

173k on the 92 SE
I plan to keep it a while. It'* in great shape so even if something major happens (engine/trans) I would probably repair it. Heck, since the purchase price was $1200, I can afford to fix the big stuff.
