Default 3800 series 2 plastic, just decoration?

Whats that engine cover for? You know the one that says Series 2 V6?

Is it just decoration or does it serve a purpose?

Just to let people know you have one of the 10 best engines of the 20th century under the hood.

Aaaww

So sweet

It does make me happy to read that I have one of the best engines ever. So since it serves no purpose Ill take it off and let it decorate the garage.

10 best per what organization?

...I agree, just wondering wondering what actual "official" organization says so And I also want to know what the other nine were...
