Woohoo! I passed my Emissions test!
With Flying colors! The inspector told me my car burns as clean as a Honda!
HC: My reading - 12.0, Limit is 123.0
CO: My reading - 0.01, Limit is 0.69
NO: My reading - 372.0, Limit is 878.0
CO2: My reading - 15.09, Limit is N/A
Gas Cap pressurization: My reading - 26.90, Lowest limit is 6.00
Now I can get my custom plates.

It was really put out there years ago, but the 3800'* were designed back then to the Emissions friendly... Even the first 3800 Made was among the cleanest of any V6 out there... And that continued to be improved over the years with Piston and Piston ring technology..
This would also tell me that your sensors are functioning as they should

Yeah it'* pretty impressive. Car in front of me before my test was a '92 T-Bird with the 3.8. Failed due to coolant in the exhaust. I leaned over and told him "Go have your head gaskets replaced".

So here it is....
All of your Sensors are functioning good, all of the injectors must be ok, The Cat is new and doing its Job as well.. And the engine must be burning fuel very well
