Default jerky acceleration...what did i do!!

i washed my car about a week ago, and since then i have had really jerky acceleration, but only at WOT. i washed off the engine with the power washer, not anymore or any less than normal. there is no water in the airbox. what else would cause this, or is it just a coincidence that it started happening at the exact same time i washed the engine

Coil packs, ICM connector, and plug wires, both ends. Disconnect everything and let it dry.

It'* the ribbon like set of cables that goes into the bottom of the coil pack mount. Use WD-40 on your plug wires, it displaces water. Otherwise take the wires out of both ends, and let them dry, and maybe pull the coil packs off and let dry.
