Does this Cutlass in question has a 3.4L DOHC motor? If so, I've only heard bad things about them, if it has it, watch out. Neighbour'* got one with the twin cammer, pile of junk it is. Too problematic to sell

I had the 3100 in mine and it was a good engine. Only thing is that I had to tilt the engine forward to change the rear plugs, only changed them once in about 3 years, lol.

If you do get it I think you will enjoy it, sure it is no Bonneville but you may be surprised with it.

I have decided on the 94 Cutty. It has 48,3xx miles which is incredible. Was well taken care of. I may have minor things to do to it mechanically, but it'* well worth $2800. The interior is pretty nice, though it looks a little dated (the radio looks like it came out of my old 1986 Celebrity but that'* easy to fix ). I test drove it today for a bit, not much driving since the battery is just about dead and I didn't want to be stranded somewhere..plus it has no plates or insurance on it yet. But I have the loan all set. Just have to wait for the insurance to give me the money. If it'* enough I may get some blingin' rims for it. Plus a Magnaflow exhaust on it sometime as well.

I bet you'll be thinking less and less about getting a bonnie after driving that.

It'll turn better for sure!.

I'll still want a Bonne. But this will be a good car for a few years. Hopefully I can get it on the road and in my name in less than a week. It'* in pretty decent shape. I may repaint it since it'* not in the best shape for being black. But I can shine it up nicely in the meantime. I wish it had leather seats though...and a sunroof. I'll get one sometime.

If anyone has links to 3100 performance parts or anything else helpful please post those. Thanks!

And thank you everyone for all the support these past few days! I wish this never happened, but I'm glad I have the BC to be there for me when I need them.

If I was you I would maybe grab ( read cut) the magnaflow off the bonne, it may just work for you or you can make it work unless you want a new one.
