Default L32 vs L67 injectors = Same?

Someone on ClubGP asked if the L32 injectors will work with a stock L67, will they?

I BELIEVE they are the same, but I don't recall where I read that.

(moved topic ownage......this is parts compatibility, not Performance related)

No the L32 injectors are rated for 31.5 lbs/hr while the L67 injectors are 36.5lbs/hr. I don't know why GM would stick a more efficient charger on a car and then down grade the fuel injectors.

I still have a low mileage set of L32 injectors from the Morad L32 I bought; no one seemed interested in them in the slightest when I tried to sell them.

Thanks Ed. I should probably lower the price drastically if that is the case.

Same reason GM downgraded the fuel pumps when the L67 S2 came out in 96.

the L32'* run at 60 PSI instead of the 47-52 that the L67 run at....you just cant look at the injector flow..

Smart. Better fuel atomization with smaller injectors and higher fuel pressure. That'* exactly why I'm running 32lb injectors at a higher pressure instead of 36'* which I could have gotten for alot cheaper.

Although they run 58-60psi it'* a returnless system with the L32s so that'* all they see all the time, they are still rated at ~31lbs/hr. While on L67s static fuel pressure should be 48-55psi at idle + 6-10psi (on most modded L67s) = 54-65psi @ WOT. The L32 injectors still flow less and can't support as much power, on paper they my be close but in practice it'* a differenet story.

When is it time for Larger Fuel Injectors?

No one mentioned that the L32 injectors are EV6 connector, while L67 are EV1 (though adapter harnesses are available).
