Could that be called false advertising?

I am searching like this is my car, and I am starting to see some simularities here. Only 2 to be exact. The first pic and the its another pic driver side inside. Those are the only two I see. Other than that, the milage and the dash is different. I can't tell by the plates to pinpoint location. I need to become a detective, LOL!!

SEnd them both links and say that that is a members car here. They'll pull it, there is no way this guy has the exact same garage/driveway as him and same mods. I mean seriously..

The rest of the eBay images appear to be of the actual car for sale, or at least not pontiac1983'* car, and are sufficiently detailed (e.g. mileage showing, interior shots, datestamp in the corner of the image, etc.) that any buyer would know if they weren't taking delivery of the same car they had been bidding on. The eBay shots show a factory stereo, aftermarket walnut dash trim, different steering wheel, and wear and tear not shown in pontiac1983'* photos on his own webpage.
Bottom line: I think the eBay seller snagged the lead image off of pontiac1983'* listing because he thought it looked cool as an attention-getter for his own ad. Boneheaded, but that'* all. pontiac1983 should notify eBay about it.
