Aside from bandits and ninjas, some problems that can arise from a car in this situation is regular stuff like grounds corroding, rust, worn out interior pieces, etc. If everything still works, then don't worry too much about it. Just check your grounds like the ones by the front seats, on the sides under the carpet, and under the dash on the sides. The grounds where the horns go are pretty good to check, but they don't go bad too often.

I don't see to many issues really. Just keep up on maintenance and you should have a car that will last you a long time

Hah! Age is a number, and easily overcome with the right combination of sleep, exercise, healthy eating, 4 Vicodan and 12 pack/equivalent a day. When all else are either out, yawning, or eyes half shut; Gramps is still sipping and grinnin.
