My damn floor and trunk is full of water it has been raining for 3 days and everything is soaked i cant find the leak and i dont have a garage. surely someone else has had a similar problem and can tell me where this stupid thing is leaking!
Not back glass 90% sure cus the deck appers to be dry and so does the speakers and ect.

I don't remember if you have a sunroof? If you do, are the drains in your pillars clear? Around the inside opening of the sunroof? If the drains are plugged down low, or the tubes disconnected, water will come down inside your pillar trim and drip out on the floor, making you think it can't possibly be the sunroof, cuz the roof isn't wet.

OR, it'* the back window seal. It won't soak the deck or speakers, and can't be visibly seen from the outside. Run a small bead of silicone caulking along the bottom edge of the glass/rubber union, and up about 8" on each side past the lower window raduis.

My old bonneville had this problem. But I lived on a dirt road so I also had mud in my trunk and a flooded rear floor. My problem was that my inner rear wheel well'* rusted out so there where holes in them. It was hard to see in the wheel wells until I pulled the carpet out of the trunk. It looked like a sandy beach around the spare tire pocket. Then in there was a big puddle that the spare tire was sitting in. I would say that you could be the same problem but not sure I would also check around the rear door for bad seals.

On the older Bonnevilles, often times the problem for the trunk is that the bolts for the spoiler have lost their seal. This happened to my daughter'* 92 and it only took removing the nuts on the underside, gooping them up with sealer and then reinstalling.
The 2000 and up Bonnevilles are a different story. Fisher Body took a giant step backwards on the trunk design for these cars because there are multiple areas that people have had leaking trunk problems with.

if you need a quick fix go buy a tarp and put it over your car, weigh it down with some cinderblocks when it rains.

My trunk hasn't leaked yet, knock on wood, but my floor right by the rear seat used to get soaked in the rain. Heres what you should try, if u move your front seats as far ahead as possible there should be enough room to get in there, with your knees against the front of the bottom part of the seat you can push it ahead and unlatch it. Remove it from the car, and inspect the sheet metal that is under it, i had 3 holes the size of nickles under there, all i did was sand them down a bit, prime them twice, and made a good batch of bondo and went to town on them holes. My floor no longer gets wet. Also what you can do while the seat is out is pull back the carpet a bit, you might want to unscrew and remove the plastic trimming around the carpet in there (makes R&R much easier).

At the bottom of your windscreen, there is the grille that the water runs into, and then goes out each side. Check that there are no leaves. My 92 Bonnie had leaves in one side, and when it rained, the water came in under the dash and soaked the floor.

Its hard to get in there, get a long stick or metal poker and make sure those drainage holes arent blocked..
