You can get a good professional quality click type torque wrench from NAPA for $100.
You will probably want to buy two. One 1/2" drive 25 - 250 ft-lbs and one 3/8" drive 0 - 25 ft-lbs.

The dealer i go charged me 600$ for my LIM @ 80$/h canadian.
