All the parts will fit, but you may need to get other parts to make them work.
For the engine/trans, you'll want the engine, trans, axles, wiring harness, ECU.
For the suspension, you'll want to get the springs and the sway bars, as well as new struts.
For the HUD, you'll want the dash, dash wiring harness, dash trim and HUD switch. When doing all that, you'll probably want/have to upgrade to the Electronic climate control, which means a new blower motor, ducting and climate control head.
Basically, to swap all those over correctly, you'll be better off buying an SSEi to begin with.
If you still want to do it because you like your car, then we can help there, but just know it might get expensive. If you don't mind if it is not factory looking, you can skip some parts, but it'll still cost some money.

It won't match your side trim panels and body lines, so I'd say no. It'* not a good deal. What color is it? What color is your car? What condition is it in? Does it include the lower dam, deflector, and fasteners?
Your question is far too general to answer.

800 is a tad high, unless it has low miles,
what do they want for the whole car? if you really want to do a swap, that is your best answer.
with the cv axles, only one is different. i think its the passenger side is a HD. and the left is the same.
and you dont need to swap the pcm, just the e-prom (the chip). and the engine harness will unplug from the firewall, and the ssei will bolt to the existing firewall connector. fairly easy swap. but , get the whole car. you will save money as well as headaches.
