This is actually pretty easy.
Scott Cook (BadSSEi) is the fastest. 12.020 1/4 @ 115.29
He'* heavily modified to the extreme (or intense). Here'* his site. He'* the second car down, I think: http://www.intense-racing.com/ (look under sponsored cars for Scott Cook) He has ALL the goodies, and has spent thousands.
Second is TurtleSSE. He'* non-supercharged is is running 0-60 in 5.3, and 13.20 @ 118 for the 1/4 mile. He'* a nut. He'* had his car over 150mph. He'* running oversized valves, a custom cam, Jet Stage 2 chip, NOS, heads worked over, and on and on......
Third I think would be Complinitor. His last slip came in at 14.65 @ 97.3 MPH in a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville SSE NA (Normally Aspirated, non supercharged also). Here'* a list of his mods:
-ZZP GT rockers
-Hi-perf titanium-aluminum alloy pushrods
-Random Tech 9100 Hi-Flow Cat - stock muffler - no resonator on my car
-Wrapped stock exhaust manifolds - switching to ZZP ported manifolds with my winnings!!
-Ported and Polished heads--5% oversized intake and 3% oversized exhaust valves - I know I'm losing here without the ported manifolds, but not much longer!
-Open Flow 9" K&N cone with short 3" into TB
-No spare or jack (weight)...Riding on Goodyear Eagle Runflats
-Custom upper plenum insert - replaced plastic insert with aluminum unit...flow increased by 150 CFM
-Adjustable fuel pressure regulator - up 5% from stock at race time[i/]
I think I'm 4th, as an honorable mention, at 0-60 in 6.95, 1/4 mile in 14.92 @ 94mph. That was yesterday. If I'm wrong, somebody stomp on me. I've hit 142, and backed out. Turtle is the top-end king, and I'm not gonna be the cause of someone getting killed by pushing it higher. My sig shows my mods. I owe most of what I've done to this club.

I actually have decided to stay away from the ZZP manifolds. I took mine off after talking to Zoomer and did exactly what they do....I got out my Dremel and did the work myself. I haven't felt that much of an increase, but the sound is now a bit cleaner and the flow at the tail is up by 10%. Should be good for another tenth or so in the spring!
BTW:
After seeing all the posts in the other section on the Centrifugal SC'*, I did some research and found a really good source. I am trying to get two of these (rather inexpensive, I expect, without any mounting gear). My intention is to do a custom manifold that can handle twin 50mm TB'* and run two of these. They are from Z Engineering http://www.z-engineering-uk.com/zr01.htm. The do SC'* for VW'* and the like. The Z01 SC can put out about 7PSI per unit without any cooling system. We'll see if the wife allows me to get creative!

I guess it just a twisted thing we get cars and make them our own R&D projects. one day soon she will be in the 12`* but i`ll have to wait till spring ....hmmmmmm all winter to rebuild and rethink........R&D time it`* just fun building ...makin` a big Girl who can handle and go fast when you want her to.... must be a male thing...........Alpha Dog...to make your car the best you can ....have many ideas on paper on more mods to motor and handling so only time will tell so will money ..but thats not a worry

If ZZP just took a dremel then they kinda suck in the whole R&D for that, We actually added material, made the turn smoother and the port larger. I have noticed a huge *** difference. We are making Ported Exhaust Manifolds which will be a cheaper alternative to our headers.
