whatever they sell at the autoparts store lol.. and as far as oil filters depends what my options are wix,mobile 1,k&n, ac delco, pretty much whatever comes with the mobile one oil change sales they have at advance or autozone just not a fram filter. I opened one at the store one time and it was rusty never again.

I have used many Frams in my life. They've yet to let me down. However I typically pick up the AC Delco filter that'* sitting next to the Fram. Usually lower in cost as well as being a better filter.
The truth though is many people use every product out there. Fram etc is just one of the cases where something cheap isn't the right choice for some and it is for others. Everything is good until it fails and causes an issue. The big question is..out of X amount, how many fail? I buy the standard trans service kit that they sell at the parts store and don't aim for Wix, AC Delco or other better brands and to me the trans filtering is a very important thing.
When you properly maintain your fluids (no way am I going 5K miles on oil, even synthetic) then the car will usually treat you right. I may be in a category of over maintain though.
Oil every 3K no matter brand etc.
Trans service once a year
Brake fluid when I get the car and maybe a couple years later
Coolant flush and fill when I do LIM'* as normal maintenance after buying the car.

i do the same change my synthetic oil every 3k and my trans once a yr and ive had my lim off a a couple times as well but theres nothing wrong with maintenance can only help

My view is buy the best, the lifeblood of your engine runs through these filters so there is no reason not to spend an extra couple dollars. I have been a mechanic for 20 years and I have seen first hand what cheap can do to an otherwise excellent engine or tranny.
PS: if you dont want to take care of your vehicle thats cool to I only charge a small hourly fee!

Wix oil filters and as far as Fuel Filters I get them all from the same store (carquest) so cheapos!!
Oil Change on the Bonnie every 3K-4K
Oil Change on the Grand AM every 6K (Synthetic oil can go so much further on)
Trans. Flush every 20K
Coolant Flush on the Grand Am every 100K (based on GM schedule)
Coolant Flush on Bonnie 50K (in question being I have only had the car since November)
Brake Fluid on Both Tested to see when contaminated (Brake Fluid Strips FTW!)
