I'm with Bill here, it'* one cylinder, so you need to look at what'* different. The plug wire, the plug, and injector, and the injector plug. Wire first, then try a new plug, the swap injectors and check the injector plug. The coil controls 2 cylinders, so pull both those plugs and inspect. If they both look like they are dark, it could be the coil, if only one looks bad, then the coil is fine. We have a waste spark system, it fires both plugs at the same time.

I have swapped the coil end of the wire between 1 and 4, wasted spark so it will run fine. Cyl 1 still misfired but only at an idle, like before so the coil is fine. There are no misfires at an idle on any other cyls. I have an Aeroforce scan gauge, is there anything I should try to get off that, that would help?

Ok, I'm with you. Willing to accept it'* not the super easy answer.
Answer #2 comes in the form of a question.
Did you change the injector o-rings on the bottom of the injectors?
I'm feeling victory. Leaning out the cylinder at idle due to a vacuum leak at #1 only.
#1 rule of diagnosis is look to the most recent repairs. I totally skipped rule #1 with the plug/wire diagnosis. You didn't pull the plugs or wires right?

That'* what I will do when I get home! I can get a set of 4 o-rings from O'Reillys for about $4 if that'* the case.

I hate to say I told you so.. :P That tool is junk as far as saving the factory pulley goes. Wish I knew about ZZP when I bought it. Sorry to hear about the problems, I know how it feels to be without a car. Should have mine back in two weeks, perhaps we should clean them up and have a photo shoot?

The ZZP puller isn't perfect for saving pullies either. I've pulled probably 50-60 and more than I'd like to admit were a little off after the pull.
Many do survive though.

I'll have to take a picture of mine and post it up, or rockstar can, I think it'* still in the box with the puller as a warning to all that use it. At the top where there is no support from the puller because it'* a U, it'* bent pretty bad.
