I could post these kills individually, but why not do them all at the same time.

Here are a list of cars I beat tonight.
1. '96 Grand Am, Non GT
2. Mid 90'* model Jetta
3. Early 90'* Model Volvo
4. Early 90'* Model Maxima

the only car that put up a fight was the grand am. the one that was the easiest to kill was actually the maxima. Quite productive for me.

Ten bucks says the Maxima wasn't racing to its fullest... you know, of those four cars, the Maxima is probably the stiffest competition you've got, and if it was an SE, that'* a car that can take your car and mop the floor with it

I'd agree. Those maxima'* were preety impresive for back in the day! But sometimes if those arn't taken well care of they get pretty tired.

yeah the deal with the maxima was this. I pulled up next to him going about forty and there were three guys in the car. I wanted him to go and he did, then I hit the gas, waved bye bye, felt my car launch and was gone. He tried to catch up but he didn't. I raced that grand am 2 lights later through two lights. The first light he got a jump on me, but I blew him away until the second light. The second light he had no chance cause I got a jump on him and walked away from him off the line. The first light with the grand am, the guy'* girlfriend was waving at me like the guy was gonna walk all over me and just take off, but it was the exact opposite.

That Grand Am kill would have been satisfying if it was a V6... did you notice whether it was or wasn't?

yeah I think it was. it was a 96 and my mother had a 96 and that had a v6 in it so yeah it was. He got a good jump on me the first light but I still beat him. My mother 2000 grand am SE has a 3.4L twin cam v6 and that thing moves.

I rented a 92 maxima for a week years ago,That thing was suprisingly pretty quick man .

The 3.4 in your mom'* car is not a twin cam V6, it'* an OHV like our 3800'* and you're lucky it isn't the DOHC, either. Less power from the OHV one, and it'* essentially a stroked 3.1. Now, the twin cam 3.4 motor hauled *** with nice power and everything (215hp?), but relibility was totally effin out the window. It wasn't a good motor in that aspect. Parts weren't cheap, either.

hey most parts for imports aren't cheap. My friend had a civic hatchback and he went to get a 4 wheel alignment, it would of cost him 400 bucks. So he sold it. He spend alot of money on that car. Bought an 800 dollar body kit, why I don't know. Had a greddy exhaust, ractive intake, nice rims, new headlights, and a graphic on the side considering he owns his own graphic shop. Plus he custom painted it. He took me for a ride and the thing was relatively quick, he had a B&M short throw shifter. But the engine was tiny, like a 1.8 or 1.7, who knows. I'd stick with the 3.8 anyday of the week. And with my upcoming turbo and chip, I can't wait to see what I can blow away with them unexpectedly not knowing what I have in a 90 se.

Most parts for ANY car aren't cheap, especially new cars nowadays... I remember seeing a parts cost chart in a Honda Pilot vs. GMC Envoy comparison... and the listed GMC'* parts were hundreds more than the Honda. (Alternators, windshields, front fenders, front shocks/struts, brakes, etc) Only one or two parts for the Honda were a bit more than the GMC.

Now if I walked into my local Pontiac dealer and asked for the costs of parts for my car...
